Very sadly, talented designer and Scheepjes retailer Renske Hoekzema-Prak recently passed away. In accordance with the wishes of Renske's family, Scheepjes will continue to publish her Rainbow Crescent Scarf in August as planned.

The joyful design of The Rainbow Crescent Scarf by Renske Hoekzema-Prak is full of pleasing and playful touches. Varying the height of the simple crochet stitches along the pastel rows forms the gently curving shape, and working around the front posts in the alternating colour stripes creates a subtle ribbed texture. The gently ruffled border adds to the attractive visual appeal by running along one side of the design and cleverly hiding the carried yarns. Measuring 210cm tip to tip, the length gives multiple styling options, whether it’s wrapped around the neck for warmth or draped loosely over the shoulders to add colour and style to a summer outfit.
