Crochet this lovely beautiful bracelet with Turkish oya lace with this crochet kit by Tulip. The Turkish word oya refers to lace bands that are often used in areas around the Mediterranean Sea for clothing, scarves, sheets and other household textiles. These beautiful bracelets prove that oya is a great material to even make jewellery! Traditionally, oya was made from silk or cotton – occasionally also decorated with beads and sequins - using techniques such as crochet, tatting and needle lace. The motifs for oya are usually derived from flora and fauna, such as flowers, leaves, butterflies or birds. This oya crochet kit is available in three different versions and contains everything you need to crochet one bracelet, including a crochet hook as well as instructions/pattern. It is packed in transparent plastic (20.5 x 12cm). Supplied per 1 pack.
