The Seeknit Koshitsu L interchangeable circular knitting needle sets are versatile sets of interchangeable bamboo knitting needles. The Japanese company Kinki Amibari has developed a production process that enhances the natural properties of bamboo. After the knitting needles have undergone a high-pressure treatment under high temperatures, they are carefully polished with natural plant wax. This not only protects the knitting needles against external influences - it prevents warping, for example - but also makes them particularly durable and wonderfully smooth. The yarn then glides smoothly over the knitting needle - in short, a joy to knit with! In the Koshitsu L sets you will find interchangeable knitting needle tips of 10cm or 12.5cm length in the larger needle sizes. The set is ideal for knitting sweaters, scarves, cowls, hats and much more in the round. With the supplied cables and needle stoppers you can also use the knitting needle tips as a straight needle, or you can extend the cables with the cable connector. The screw size of this set is M4. Supplied per 1 piece.

Note: when assembling the interchangeable circular needles, the length of the cable must be at least as long as both needle tips together! Always combine the Seeknit interchangeable knitting and crochet tips with cables, connectors and stoppers with matching screw size:

Parts with the same screw size can be attached directly to one another. Do you have two different screw sizes? Then they can still be combined with the help of an adapter.

General information applicable to all Shirotake and Koshitsu needles and needle sets

Both the Shirotake and Koshitsu needles are made with bamboo, but the finish is different. The surface of the Shirotake series has a smooth finish with natural plant wax, which gives the needles a beautiful shine. Further, they feel wonderful to the touch. On the other hand, the needles in the Koshitsu series undergo a high-pressure and heat treatment. The surface is then smoothed with natural plant wax. This special treatment ensures that the needles are extra strong and durable and protects them against harmful external influences. In addition, this prevents the wood from warping. The result is a comfortable and smooth knitting experience with needles that feel wonderfully warm to the touch.
