Pyjama elastic bundle 15-40mm white - 20x2.5m

This pyjama elastic is very stretchy, but because it is soft and gives little pressure, it is ideal for use for cuffs or waistbands of, for example, pyjamas, (sports) trousers and skirts, underwear or other clothing made of light and supple fabrics. It is woven and does not narrow down when stretched out. This makes it very suitable for sewing it on the fabric, but it also works well to pass it through a casing. This soft pyjama elastic is gentle on the skin and washable up to 95ᵒC. Available in black and white colours (see item no. 514-) in widths in range 15-40mm. Supplied per 20 bundles of 2.5 metres each.

This pyjama elastic is 15mm wide.

Casing: Sew a casing that is slightly wider than the elastic. Cut the elastic slightly shorter than the waist measurement. Pass the elastic through the casing and sew together the two ends. Distribute the fabric folds evenly.

Sewing on the fabric: Place the elastic on the fabric and stretch it out as it passes through the sewing machine needle. Warning: stretch the elastic equally on both sides of the needle to prevent the needle from breaking.
