Update: Shipping to New Zealand an Australia
Further to previous communication regarding the extortionate increase in shipping costs to Australia and New Zealand, we thank you for your patience while we carefully considered all current options. As you will be aware, De Bondt are constrained by global market conditions; however, we have narrowed down the most beneficial options to offer you a choice.
The first option is to receive orders by sea freight via DSV – a cheaper but slower method with a delivery time of around 2 months. We have introduced this default option with immediate effect for all our retailers in Australia and New Zealand and expect shipping costs to be between 37% and 45% of your invoice amount. The minimum order amount is €3000, and the shipping cost percentage will decrease as the order amount rises.
The alternative is to continue to have orders sent by air freight via UPS. Please bear in mind that shipping costs may exceed your invoice amount. From today, all webshop orders below €3000 will be suspended until we have contacted you to confirm that you wish to have the items shipped by airfreight – a fast but costly method.
