Temporary Changes to Services in December

We’d like to inform you about some changes to our services during the busy holiday period. Due to increased activity with our carriers, please note that the delivery of your orders in December may take slightly longer than usual.

Additionally, there will be temporary adjustments to our order processing and customer service availability.

Important dates regarding order processing:

• We aim to dispatch all orders placed before Monday 23 December 18:00 CET on the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 CET will be dispatched on Friday 27 December, when regular operations and support will resume.
• We aim to dispatch all orders placed before Tuesday 31 December 13:00 CET on the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 CET will be dispatched on Thursday 2 January, when regular operations and support will resume.

Customer service availability:

Customer service is available every working day between 09:00 and 12:00 CET with the exception of:

• Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 December
• Wednesday 1 January
