Toes In The Sandals

For this special beach issue, Ingrid Peters designed the wonderful Below The Reef Bag, a colourful beginner-friendly sewing project for crafters worldwide looking to create a fun bag to pack their favourite summer essentials. The pattern includes sewing instructions as well as embroidery charts to add decorative sea themed details to this handmade accessory.

The 2nd pattern is the versatile Blue Skies Top by Pat Strong. Knitted with the soft and cool Scheepjes Cotton 8 yarns, this light and breathable garment is completely reversible thanks to the contrasting colour on the back and the front. The pattern includes sizes S to XXL and its length can be easily adjusted to create a custom fit.

A pair of comfortable, hand crocheted sandals are essential to create a summer look and feel, and there is no sandal that signals summer quite like the Toes in The Sandals designed by Nerissa Muijs! This fun and colourful pattern is made using Scheepjes Maxi Sweet Treat, which is available in a large array of colours, providing plenty of options to colour-coordinate with a stylish summer outfit.
