Order Delays
Last week we performed a server migration, as part of our commitment to keep our systems secure and efficient. Regrettably, this migration has led to some unforeseen issues, impacting the operational functionality of our systems. We are currently experiencing a delay in processing orders, and deliveries and sending invoices may take longer than usual.
We are hard at work behind the scenes to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a clear timeframe for when everything will be back to normal. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this time.
