Last week we performed a server migration, as part of our commitment to keep our systems secure and efficient. Regrettably, this migration has led to some unforeseen issues.

Further to previous communication regarding the extortionate increase in shipping costs to Australia and New Zealand, we thank you for your patience while we carefully considered all current options. As you will be aware, De Bondt are constrained by global market conditions; however, we have narrowed down the most beneficial options to offer you a choice.
To offer our retailers more purchasing flexibility, Scheepjes Organicon will soon be repackaged and available to purchase in packs of five balls, instead of ten. From Wednesday 1 February the Organicon collection will be temporarily unavailable in our webshop until the project is complete, which we expect to be around the beginning of March.
Due to an unfortunate issue regarding shipping, we are currently unable to accept orders for customers in Australia and New Zealand. Read more >>
We would like to advise you of the upcoming public holidays when our customer support service will be closed and orders will not be shipped. Orders made on these dates will be processed immediately on our return and any queries answered.
To offer our retailers more purchasing flexibility, the Seeknit collection will be repackaged, and all items will soon be available individually. From Friday, December 16, a large part of the Seeknit collection will be temporarily unavailable in our webshop until the project is complete.
