Product Description

Woven elastic is exceptionally strong and shape-retaining! Use it to create waistbands or cuffs that endure wear and tear by either sewing it directly onto fabric or threading through a casing. Each piece of elastic measures 25mm wide. Supplied in packs of 10 x 2 metres. Available in black and white.
